Delete Your NepseIQ Account

You can delete your NepseIQ account and everything stored with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — in the app or website (instant)

1. Sign in at nepseiq.com or in the NepseIQ app.
2. Tap your profile circle in the top right.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is erased immediately. No waiting period, no email round-trip.

Option 2 — by email

Send a message to nepseiq@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will action it and confirm within 30 days, usually far sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and display name
• Your watchlist, portfolio and saved BOIDs
• Your price alerts and push subscriptions
• Your prediction game history, streak and leaderboard entry
• All active sign-in sessions on every device

This is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign up again later you start fresh.

What is not stored against your account

• Data on a device where you were never signed in stays in that browser only. Clearing the site data in your browser removes it.
